There are probably just as many benefits if not more, to doing YOGA as there are to walking (and you all know how I feel about walking!) Balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, posture, focus & mood enhancement to name a few.
All ages can perform basic YOGA poses and get positive results. I’ve taught children as young as 3 years old these basic poses so…no excuses!!
I’m sharing with you my 10-minute DAILY yoga routine. The word daily is emphasized with good reason. In order to truly benefit you must do this daily. Who can’t fit 10 minutes into their day?

10-Minute DAILY YOGA Workout
- Mountain Pose: strength, stability, balance & focused breathing
- Warrior One: right side, left side & always back to Mountain pose between Warriors w/focused deep breathing
- Warrior Two: right side, left side
- Warrior Three (superhero) *
- Chair Pose
- Dancer Pose *
- Tree Pose: right foot, left foot
- Hand Wall Climbs: right hand, left hand
- Plank
* Use a chair for stability if needed
