Motivation

What will motivate you to improve your health? Do you want to feel better? Increase your energy level? Become more physically fit? Sleep better? Manage pain? Look better? Lose weight? Improve muscle tone? Improve a physical or mental condition/disorder? Eliminate or decrease dosages of prescription medications? Decrease your risk of developing serious health issues in the future?

Or, is it the Flower Show that motivates you? The Philadelphia Flower Show is my Mother-in-Law’s motivation! She is 88 years old and in really great shape however, she was concerned she may not be able to walk the entire Pennsylvania Convention Center and view all the awesome displays. So, she started going to the gym and making some dietary changes. Earlier this week she did in fact go to the flower show and saw all the beautiful displays and had a lovely lunch with friends! She was a little tired at the end of the day but, it was well worth it!! By the way, this is a perfect example of engaging all components of wellness: physical; social; emotional and mental.
